By participating in any Recovery Hub service, you voluntarily assume all risks. You agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Recovery Hub, its owners, employees, specialists, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation.
6. Health Disclaimer
Our services are designed for individuals in good health. You should consult your physician before beginning any recovery or wellness program. Recovery Hub is not responsible for any injuries or health complications that may arise. It is your responsibility to inform your specialist of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to your session.
7. Payments and Refunds
All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. Membership fees, session packages, and drop-in rates are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
8. Code of Conduct
All clients and visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner while on the premises. Recovery Hub reserves the right to refuse service or revoke membership to anyone who violates our code of conduct, engages in disruptive behavior, or poses a risk to the safety of others.
